One of our other strengths is being active in UGA athletics! Our members’ involvements include UGA Cheerleading, UGA Dance Dawgs, UGA Georgettes, UGA Majorettes, Hoop Girls for UGA Basketball, Gameday Recruiting Hosts for UGA Football, Student Athlete Advisory Committee, UGA Athletic Association Class Attendants and more!

In the past we have had many Gamma Pi’s represent the university as Orientation Leaders. We are proud to say that one of our own, Gabbi Pohlman, has been selected as an Orientation Leader for the Summer 2018 staff. Serving the university as an Orientation Leader is one of the most prestigious positions offered at UGA, and we could not be more excited for Gabbi to represent our fellow UGA Students and Gamma Pi chapter. We'd also like to congratulate Lauren Reamer on her successful year as an OL for the year of 2017.

Our chapter is known for competing in the annual SDT Greek Grind Competition and various other dancing competitions on campus. In 2009, 2010, and 2014 Gamma Pi placed first in the SDT Greek Grind competition, second in 2011, and third in 2016 and 2017.
